Breakfast is the most important meal of the day and you should never miss it. According to dieticians, you need to take your breakfast within 2 hours from the time you wake up. Breakfast at the right time can keep your insulin level under control, which in turn can keep your blood sugar in control. Include fresh fruits, whole grain, cereals and low fat milk in your first meal to stay energetic for the whole day.
You should eat a wide variety of food items to stay healthy. Your meals should include all sufficient nutrients and minerals. You should drink more than 2 liters of water to stay healthy. Sufficient supply of water does not just keep you hydrated but also flushes out the toxins from your body. This in turn strengthens your metabolism. However, do not drink too much of water while you are taking your meals because that could lead to poor digestion. Drink water after 30 minutes of your meal to improve the efficiency of your digestion system.
You should stay away from fried food items, especially if you have excess body weight. Saturated fat present in the fried food items can rapidly increase your body weight and invite chronic diseases like type 2 diabetics, cardiovascular diseases etc.
